About Sourland Mountain Spirits Bourbon Whiskey
Sourland Mountain Spirits Small Batch Jersey Bourbon is distilled, aged, and bottled in New Jersey from a mash bill of 71% corn, 17% rye, and 12% malted barley. After being matured in hand-selected new American oak casks, the bourbon is bottled at 90 proof. Look for notes of charred oak, vanilla, honey, tobacco, star anise, and black pepper.
