A celebration of the master craftsman of the Bradley family and a toast to heritage – The Brollach is an ultra-rare single malt whiskey from The Craft Irish Whiskey Co. with only 661 bottles released. This double-distilled and casked edition is matured in bourbon casks and finished in rare French Oak Madeira, then aged 20 years to create a single malt with one of the most unique flavour profiles yet: think velvety butterscotch, sour dark cherry, intense dark chocolate, and caramelised banana. It's presented in a gift set including two Finn glasses, obsidian whiskey stones, and an adonised silver and glass pipette with a droplet of Irish spring water.

Within a few weeks of its release, The Brollach was recognised with the highest honour in its category in both The Global Luxury Masters and The Irish Whiskey Masters from The Spirits Business to become the highest-scoring Irish whiskey of 2021. In 2022, The Brollach won Bronze in the Best Irish Single Malt category at the World Whiskies Awards.
