The Ultimate Debate is a blend of 35% Artalde Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Newton Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Denali Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Stagecoach Vineyard Cabernet Franc, and 6% Sleeping Lady Vineyard Cabernet Franc. It is a blend which was produced in magnum format to share with your family and friends to continue The Debate! This wine stemmed from the idea if both sides of an equation were to come together, the results would be tremendous. Imagine a utopian view of this country understanding and accepting differences; how beautiful would our world be? This is the “Wine World” version of that, blending our Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc together. It features a captivating bouquet. Meaty and savory at times, offering red fruits, dried rose petals, violets and rhubarb, with hints of plum, red licorice and fig. The Cabernet Franc really shows in this wine – bringing a freshness and liveliness to both the bouquet and to the palate. Juicy and mouthwatering with tightly woven tannins, these linger on a long finish with bright fruit including red berries and red cherry. 100% Barrel Fermented, 20 days on skins. Aged 22 months, 80% new French oak.
