Thomas S. Moore has a range of really old-school produced whiskies. Most recently, they released a range of bourbons that were finished in Madeira, Merlot, Sherry, and Cognac casks. These run alongside their famous Chardonnay cask finished whiskey, as well this premium port finished bottle.
