Via Carota is a lineup of bottled craft cocktails that come from the eponymous Italian restaurant in West Village, New York City. Just like their dishes, their cocktails are crafted with the finest ingredients. Classic recipes have been tweaked and elevated to embody the cozy ambiance, warmth, and relaxed elegance of the restaurant, all in beautifully textured and wonderfully convenient 375-milliliter glass bottles. This set contains their 3 classics: the Old Fashioned, Classic Negroni, and Espresso Martini. The Old Fashioned is crafted with a 4-year-old rye whiskey that was matured in charred oak casks, aromatic bitters, orange, and brown sugar, making for an oaky, spicy, citrusy, and bitter sipper. The Classic Negroni is a complex and bittersweet affair that's made with red aperitivo, dry gin, and their bespoke vermouth. Finally, the Espresso Martini brings real espresso together with vodka that was distilled 7 times, making for a unique ready-to-drink sipper.
