Wayward Rye Whiskey Small Batch is sweet and spicy with aromas of fruit on the nose. On the palate, you'll notice slight hints of raisin and a lingering spice finish. The spicy character is balanced with sweetness from the corn, and grain notes from the malted barley, and wheat.

History
Wayward Rye Whiskey Small Batch is produced with an Organic MashBill, and then aged in an ocean air tempered rickhouse, in charred American oak barrels. Distilled at Venice Spirits, located in Santa Cruz, California, this Rye is made from a mash of organic 60% Rye, plus corn wheat, and barley. It's distilled in an alembic still, then aged for six months in small barrels.
