<p><strong>Winery Notes</strong></p>

<p>Wente Vineyards has been sustainably farming wine grapes in Arroyo Seco since the 1960s. With a long, cool growing season and river gravel soils, this region is ideal for Pinot Noir Rosé. Wente Vineyards small lot wine is sourced from carefully selected blocks on these estate vineyards located in the northwestern corner of Arroyo Seco. The grapes are handpicked and sorted at harvest time in order to ensure premium quality.</p>

<p><strong>Tasting Notes</strong></p>

<p>Wente Vineyards Niki’s Rosé opens with aromas of ripe strawberries and floral notes. The strawberry notes carry through on the palate, with a round finish and touch of acidity.</p>

<p><strong>Winemaking Notes</strong></p>

<p>Primary fermentation was completed in stainless steel tanks and did not undergo secondary fermentation. The wine was aged for two months in stainless steel tanks.</p>
