Whip Saw Rye Whiskey is sweet and spicy with aromas of fruit on the nose. On the palate, you'll notice slight hints of raisin and a lingering spice finish. The spicy character is balanced with sweetness from the corn, and grain notes from the malted barley, and wheat.

History
Whip Saw Rye Whiskey is crafted using artesian water from an aquifer deep beneath the vineyards on Sonoma Valley's Moon Mountain, and a mash bill of non-GMO 76% rye, 21%, and 3% malted barley. This whisky is aged up to 7 years old, and finished in seasoned French oak wine barrels which previously held Steve Matthiasson Cabernet Sauvignon and Bob Cabral's William Selyem Pinot Noir.
