WOLFBURN AURORA SCOTCH WHISKY

<p>This beautiful sherried whisky is made from unpeated spirit laid down in a combination of 2/3 1st and 2nd Fill Bourbon and 1/3 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry casks. Benefiting from long fermentation and slow, gentle distillation, the spirit is laid down on-site in our purpose-built warehouses. At the end of the maturation process, the casks are brought together to create an exceptionally smooth and perfectly balanced dram.</p>

<p>In the 700 ml bottle the recipe changes slightly and unpeated spirit laid down in a 50/50 combination of 1st and 2nd Fill Bourbon and 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry casks.</p>
