Steamboat is a special release bottled in the summer of 2018. This straight bourbon whiskey was batched using barrels selected from the bottom ricks of the rickhouse which offer a softer, fruitier bourbon without the spice notes found in Wyoming Whiskey's flagship Small Batch bourbon. All grains are grown in Wyoming and are non-GMO.
