Since 1987, Yalumba has been one of the winemakers fortunate enough to be a part of the inner Sanctum of Coonawarra. The famous terra rossa soil over limestone is world-renown for incredible Cabernet Sauvignon. Yalumba's Sanctum Cabernet Sauvignon is a modern take on a classic regional and varietal stalwart that is fun, flavorsome, stylish, and uninhibited. 

Rich, opulent, aromas of blueberry and chocolate with notes of sweet fruit, vanilla, and spice. The palate displays ripe, rich fruits, blackcurrant, and blueberry, with a lovely umami presence.

Enjoy with venison and potatoes, or risotto.
